We have a system of call queuing and operators who place you in a first come first serve order to be presented in front of the judge. While each court is different many courts do not have call management capabilities. We maintain presence and use state of the art systems with DSP algorithms for automatic voice level control to ensure all participants are clearly heard during the call.
